Upscale amenities, location impress at Turnberry Towers
Turnberry Towers' luxury amenities and its location impress prospective purchasers at the high-rise condominium project, according to John Riordan, vice president of sales for developer Turnberry Associates.
Located a block from the Strip, at Paradise Road and Karen Avenue, the residential development will comprise two 45-story towers and 636 units, featuring one to three bedroom layouts with views of the Strip and mountains from private terraces.

The first tower is sold out and sales are under way for the second.
The one-bedroom residences come with 1 1/2 baths and a great-room design with a counter bar that creates a table-like setting.
The two-bedroom units with a den feature two baths, and 180-degree views of the Strip and mountains through floor-to-ceiling windows.
In the second tower, located on the western side of the property, the two-bedroom, two-bath residences provide views.
Situated on the top 12 floors of the towers are the three-bedroom residences with oversized balconies.
Each of the contemporary-style residences offers Italian marble baths and spa tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, upgraded appliances, 9-foot ceilings and Smart Home communication technology.
Common areas include a fitness facility, outdoor pool with a sundeck, landscaping, tennis, valet and 24-hour security.
Construction on the first tower has surpassed the 15th floor with completion slated for mid-2007. The second tower will open in spring 2008.
Prices start from $550,000 to more than $1.3 million.
The sales office, located at 222 Karen Ave., features a 1,658-square-foot furnished model suite. It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
