Oak Hills down to last nine home lots
Nine home sites remain at Oak Hills, a Toll Bros. neighborhood in Summerlin.
"Residents love the fact that everything they need is so close," Chris Myers, senior project manager, said. "It is a peaceful neighborhood that residents are proud to be a part of."
Five floor plans are offered, ranging from 1,150 to 1,680 square feet.
Homes are priced from $132,975.
The single- and two-story homes feature three bedrooms, two baths, 9-foot ceilings, ceramic-tile entries and kitchen counter tops, gas fireplaces in select models, recessed lighting in kitchens, choice of cabinetry, and two-car garages.

One of the homes available for immediate occupancy is the Cedar-Santa Barbara, a one-story model with three bedrooms, two baths, built-in shelving, upgraded flooring and counter tops, and landscaping in the front and rear yards.
