Silver Pines' financing attracts condo buyers
Financing options are attracting home buyers to Signature Homes' Silver Pines condominium development in Summerlin, according to sales agent Curtis Mormon.
"The pricing and financing options are attracting buyers representing a wide variety of age groups and lifestyles," Mormon said. "We are seeing many first-time home buyers who appreciate the convenience and on-site recreational amenities of Silver Pines, along with the obvious advantages of homeownership ... We are also attracting mature buyers, many of whom are moving down in terms of square footage."
The gated complex, located in The Arbors village, offers three floor plans, ranging from 997 to 1,282 square feet with as many as two bedrooms and two baths. Some homes can be ready for move-in within two weeks.
Prices start in the low $90,000s. Qualified buyers may have a total move-in cost of $1,200 and monthly payments of $775.
Homes include a washer, dryer, refrigerator, vertical blinds, and a courtyard or balcony.
Floor plans feature 9-foot ceilings, architectural niches, plant shelves, hardwood cabinetry, ceramic-tile kitchen counter tops, baths with cultured-marble vanity tops, ceramic-tile shower and tub surrounds, and prewiring for cable TV and telephones.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and go south, past Hualapai Way. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
