Christopher Homes offers incentives at San Michelle

     Christopher Homes is offering homes with upgrades, financial incentives and immediate occupancy at its San Michelle neighborhood in Queensridge.
      "Right now, we have highly upgraded homes that are ready for immediate move-in, an excellent selection of golf course home sites, and most importantly very generous bonuses for our buyers," sales agent Terri Pickering said. "We are offering design center matching allowances valued up to $25,000 on homes that are not yet under construction and savings of up to $30,000 on selected homes that are ready for occupancy and already packed with quality features and upgrades."
      Among the upgraded features are detached guest quarters, four-car garages, secondary owner suites, extra baths, bonus rooms, libraries, wet bars and courtyard fireplaces.
      Priced from $418,900, the neighborhood offers one- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 3,474 to more than 5,200 square feet on one-quarter acre to one-half acre home sites.
      According to Pickering, incentives are being offered with a recently-completed Residence Three plan. The two-story, 4,408-square-foot home features four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a library and three-car garage. The home is priced at $731,639 and the builder is offering a $30,000 bonus to the buyer.
      The Residence Four plan also qualifies for bonuses and is ready for immediate move-in. The 4,689-square-foot home features four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a library and three-car garage.
      "Both of these homes offer their future owners the convenience of fast delivery, top-quality amenities and up to $30,000 in savings," Pickering said.
      Select floor plans include interior columns, volume ceilings, staircases, security alarm systems, prewiring for home theater systems and mirrored closet doors.
      Exteriors feature concrete-tile roofs, wrought-iron accents, brick and stone treatments, 8-foot double entry doors, and courtyards in select plans.
      The builder is also offering the San Michelle North neighborhood in Queensridge North, which offers a guard-gated entrance and is adjacent to the fairways of the Badlands Golf Club.
      To visit, take Charleston Boulevard west past Rampart Boulevard to the entrance of Queensridge and follow the signs.
      Model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
