Palisades homes include bonus
Christopher Homes is offering allowances at its design center to buyers at its Palisades neighborhood in Summerlin, according to sales agent Robin LaMothe.
LaMothe said the allowances apply to all homes at the neighborhood, including new construction and homes that are nearing completion. It can be spent on upgrades and options available through the builder's design center, which is staffed by interior designers who can consult buyers.
"The allowances we are providing are enabling our buyers to customize their homes to their own specifications, with their personal choice of quality upgrades," LaMothe said. "These customizing options can include such elegant features as French doors, covered patios, premium flooring, upgraded counter tops and much more. It's an opportunity to highly upgrade an already elegant Christopher home, while savings thousands of dollars in the process."
The guard-gated neighborhood is being built along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course in The Canyons village.
Five one- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 3,758 to 6,200 square feet. Home sites range from one-quarter acre to one-half acre.
Prices start from $446,900.
LaMothe said two homes with fairway and city views are set to be ready for move-in within 50 days.
Hundreds of floor-plan variations among the five basic models are available, including features such as elevators, courtyard fireplaces, detached guest quarters, room additions, four-car garages, secondary suites, extra baths, bonus rooms, libraries, wine cellars and wet bars.
Home buyers may consult an on-site architect.
To visit, take Summerlin Parkway west to Town Center Drive, go south to Hualapai Way and follow the signs. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
