First-time buyer selects Wexford at GlenEagles
Shanley Fagan considered many neighborhoods in various areas of the valley before buying her first home at Wexford at GlenEagles in North Las Vegas.
Priced from $104,990, the Wexford Homes neighborhood features two subdivisions of one- and two-story homes ranging from 912 to 3,248 square feet. The floor plans range from two bedrooms and two baths to plans with six bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Three-car garages are available with select plans.
"Since this was my first home, I looked very carefully for about six months. I considered several new developing areas of town, as well as a few resale homes. When I found Wexford at GlenEagles, I knew my search was over," Fagan said.
"I used the Wexford Design System and found that one of the floor plans in the 360 Series suited my needs perfectly. I love this plan because it is spacious-feeling, it has two large walk-in closets in the master bedroom, and the guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the master, which provides maximum privacy. I also like the bay window in the kitchen, which adds a lot of charm to my home and allows more natural light indoors."
Standard features include concrete-tile roofs, lighted entries, front-yard landscaping with irrigation and block walls.
Interiors feature vaulted ceilings; plant shelves; rounded corners; choice of cabinetry; dual-sink vanities, tubs and walk-in closets in select owner suites; and prewiring for cable TV.
All of the homes provide floor-plan variations through a computer design system, which allows buyers to add a family room, bedroom, den, formal dining room, kitchen nook or fireplace.
