Rotunda featured in Presidio's Plan One

     Pardee Homes' Presidio neighborhood in Seven Hills offers three floor plans, including the Plan One Michelangelo, which measures 3,352 square feet.
      The Michelangelo can be built with as many as five bedrooms, three baths, a rotunda with an optional sitting room above, an office, loft and three-car garage.

      The gated neighborhood offers two-story floor plans in nine elevations, ranging from 3,242 to 4,079 square feet. Homes are priced from $257,950 to $285,950.
      Standard features include volume ceilings, ceramic-tile or parquet entry flooring, stair handrails with oak caps and white pickets, gas fireplaces, and six-panel interior doors.
      Island kitchens feature ceramic-tile counter tops, oak cabinetry, cook tops, built-in microwaves and ovens, and dishwashers.
      Owner suites offer walk-in closets, ceramic-tile counter tops, and separate tubs and showers.
      "Pardee is building energy-efficient, money-saving homes at Presidio with standard features that meet the very highest standards of energy efficiency to merit the coveted Energy Star seal and the ComfortWise designation," Landry said.
      Benefits from this designation may include a decrease in ultraviolet light, lower cost in utilities, and reduction of noise from the outside.
      Options include crown molding, window aprons, wood shutters, a home office package, and video entry and central vacuum systems.
      To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
