Anthem Country Club releases custom lots

     Del Webb Corp. recently announced the release of custom-home sites at its gated Anthem Country Club community. The lots will be available Saturday at the community's La Cantera neighborhood.
      The country club offers a championship golf course, an athletic club, salon, spa and clubhouse, which is scheduled to open in mid-May.
      Custom-home sites are priced from the high $300,000s to more than $800,000 and measure as large as half an acre. Most available sites are adjacent to the golf course, according to Anne Graceffa, marketing manager.
      "These are some of our most prestigious home sites in an elegant neighborhood with all the features country club homeowners have come to expect," she said. "All of these sites offer spectacular views of either the city or the golf course."
      The clubhouse, which is under construction, will feature dining, offices, a golf pro shop, meeting rooms and locker rooms with lounges.
      The athletic club offers a fitness center as well as aerobics, swimming, basketball, sand volleyball and tennis. Reflections Salon and Spa, located inside the athletic club, provides skin care, hair and nail services as well as massage treatments for residents and nonresidents.
      In the center of the community is a park called The Commons, which has an event lawn to host special events.
      In addition to La Cantera, the community offers home sites in three other neighborhoods, priced from $300,000 to more than $1 million. Lots range from half an acre to 2 acres.
      Four collections of homes offering 15 floor plans are also available. More than 50 architectural variations are offered, including second stories, basements and casitas.
      The Impressionist Collection floor plans range from 1,275 to 1,953 square feet and are priced from the mid-$180,000s.
      Floor plans range from 1,922 to 2,703 square feet in The Baroque Collection, where prices start in the mid-$200,000s.
      Homes in The Romantic Collection range from 2,721 to 5,095 square feet and are priced from the mid-$300,000s.
      The Renaissance Collection homes range from 3,104 to 5,769 square feet with prices starting in the low $400,000s.
      A design studio assists buyers in the selection of options and upgrades, such as interior colors, floor coverings, counter tops, cabinets, light fixtures, appliances, landscaping and window coverings.
      To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past Lake Mead Drive.
      Models are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
