      n Sherry Hernandez, executive director for the Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association of Nevada, has been named Industry Person of the Year by the Southern Nevada Chapter of the International Association of Plumbing & Mechanical Officials.
      n NAI Americana Commercial's David Berry represented Brandon Leland in a five-year lease of 2,400 square feet at 10940 S. Eastern Ave. from Ammus, Behnen and Sevco for $240,042. Kathy Campbell and Janet Goldstein represented Dr. and Mrs. Montgomery in an 18-month lease of 2,313 square feet at the same location for $68,706. In another transaction, Lisa Gilstrap represented PageRiver.com in a five-year lease of 3,790 square feet at La Miranda Business Park from George W. Taylor for $378,078.
