Lennar's Antelope neighborhood bounds into northwestern valley, offers cul-de-sac living
Lennar's Antelope neighborhood near Providence, a northwestern master-planned community, offers two-story, single-family homes situated along a traditional cul-de-sac design.
"With the wonderful foothill location of our community you can almost imagine the antelopes, deer and longhorn sheep grazing on a nearby hillside or dashing through the brush," sales manager Michele Loker said. "The elevation at Antelope is an invigorating 2,880 feet, and it is amazing what a difference those few hundred feet can make. We do actually enjoy slightly cooler summer temperatures."

The homes in the gated community start from the $200,000s. There are no SID or LID fees, according to Loker. The neighborhood features community pool and spa, and residents' clubhouse.
The four home designs include enclosed rear yard and landscaped front yard with irrigation system.
"The interiors are amazingly open and airy. They are designed to maximize each and every single square foot of space. The homes just look and feel larger, more spacious. Great design is always more exciting than big square boxes," Loker said.
