Trophy Homes' Interlude releases sales figures

Interlude by Trophy Homes, a neighborhood at The Villages at Southern Highlands, has sold more than 30 homes since opening last December, according to the builder. Models are open for viewing.

"We cherish the values of integrity and honesty and consider `winning trust' to be our first objective," Brent Phillips, president of Trophy Homes, said.

The single-story, gated neighborhood features 110 residences. Homes measure from 2,546 to 3,029 square feet and three- and four-bedroom floor plans are available.

Prices start in the $220,000s.

Interior options include walk-in closets, family room and owner suite fireplaces, courtyards and three-car garages. A professional designer is available to assist buyers.

The Villages at Southern Highlands contains the home designs of several builders. The community provides 40 acres of park space and more than 100 acres of open space.

Homes are priced from the $120,000s to the $400,000s.

To visit the community, take Interstate 15 to Lake Mead Drive and go west, following the signs.

The model homes and sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
