Vintage Valley opens for reservations

Vintage Valley, a gated neighborhood at The Estates at Southern Highlands Golf Club, opens today for priority lot reservations.

The neighborhood features 71 home sites, each measuring about one-half acre, and many with golf course or park frontage.

Prices range from $200,000 to $800,000.

"The Estates at Southern Highlands is very excited for the grand opening of Vintage Valley," Mitch McClellan, director of sales, said.

Neighborhood amenities include tree-lined streets and sidewalks, as well as jogging and biking trails. Also featured is a 2-acre, European-style garden with a basketball court and a play area.

Membership is available for residents at the sports and fitness center, while membership at the Southern Highlands Golf Club is available by invitation only.

Other amenities include concierge services and the nearby Village Center, a planned collection of shopping and dining venues.

To reach the community, take Interstate 15 to Lake Mead Drive and go west, following the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
