Red Rock Country Club selects `Home of the Month'
Red Rock Country Club's Home of the Month is located within the Estates, a gated neighborhood in the guard-gated community in Summerlin. Palo Verde Plan 4101 is a single-story home with three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a four-car garage. It measures 3,765 square feet. The home was the featured attraction at a wine-and-cheese reception yesterday in the community's sales center. "Our wine-and-cheese events are an opportunity for our sales agents to casually visit with home shoppers in a relaxed environment and for shoppers to experience the fabulous views at night up here, including the lighted mountain directly behind our community," sales director Kevin Stall said. "The idea of joining with friends for a glass of wine embodies the Red Rock Country Club lifestyle, which includes a stunning natural setting and fantastic amenities for everyone from single professionals to families and retirees." Plan 4101 also features a great room with fireplace; a family room with fireplace and media niche; and a kitchen with an island cook top, dining bar and nook. Owner suite amenities include a retreat, fireplace and media niche. Additional features include a courtyard entry with an optional fireplace, a trellis covered patio, and an optional casita with a bath and optional fireplace. Two additional floor plans are available in the Palo Verde collection. The community is adjacent to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and is home to the first of two Arnold Palmer-designed golf courses. There is also a practice facility with a double-ended driving range, a putting green and chipping areas. Buyers can choose from single- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 2,100 to 8,000 square feet. Homes are priced from the low $300,000s to more than $2 million. Architectural styles include Spanish Colonial, Italianate and desert contemporary. The community's design center can assist buyers with options and upgrades. Community amenities include a clubhouse with pro shop, banquet facilities, board room and two dining rooms. A sports club provides exercise equipment, saunas, steam rooms, an aerobics studio, locker rooms and a children's play center. An aquatic center and tennis facility are also featured. To visit, take Sahara Avenue west past Town Center Drive and follow the signs. Or, take Interstate 215 to Sahara and go west. The model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
