Sagewood features five Pardee designs

Pardee Homes' newest collection of homes at Sagewood in the Rancho Las Palmas community in the southeastern valley appeals to a variety of buyers, according to company sales executive Ray Landry.

"Home buyers have a nice selection of one- and two-story homes to choose from in the newest family oriented neighborhood of Sagewood," Landry said. "These homes have attractive prices in a great location."

Priced from $145,450 to $185,750 with 1,383 to 2,557 square feet, the neighborhood offers five floor plans with as many as five bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage.

The single-story Plan One offers three bedrooms, two baths, a combined kitchen and dining room with a preparation island, and two-car garage.

Plan Two, a single-story home with about 1,700 square feet, offers four bedrooms, two baths, an optional den, and an angular-shaped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

With 2,046 square feet, the two-story Plan Three offers three bedrooms, three baths, an optional den or fourth bedroom, and two-car garage.

Plan Four offers as much as 2,296 square feet in a two-story design with three bedrooms, a den and loft, or as many as five bedrooms; three baths; and a three-car garage.

Designed with a second-floor laundry room and linen closet, Plan Five offers an optional first-floor guest room and third bath, or three bedrooms, a den, 2 1/2 baths and a bonus room with as much as 2,557 square feet.

The kitchens feature ceramic-tile counter tops, oak cabinetry, preparation islands except in Plan Two, pantries, and appliance packages.

Standard features in the homes include volume ceilings, ceramic-tile or parquet flooring at entry, six-panel doors, and cultured-marble counter tops in the secondary baths.

Owner suites offer walk-in closets, dual-sink vanities, enclosed toilets, tubs, separate showers in Plans Four and Five, and cultured-marble counter tops.

To visit the neighborhood, take Interstate 215 to Windmill Lane and go west. Proceed to Bermuda Road, turn left and follow the signs.

The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
