Nine of 121 planned homes remain at Christopher Homes' San Michelle neighborhood in the guard-gated Queensridge community, according to sales agent Cheryl Lee. The remaining homes overlook the Badlands Golf Club. Some offer immediate occupancy.

Priced from the high $500,000s, the neighborhood offers one- and two-story designs ranging from 3,474 to 5,200 square feet. The home sites measure from one-quarter acre to one-half acre.
