Willow Springs highlights room options
Pulte Homes' Willow Springs, an all-single-story neighborhood in The Willows village in Summerlin, features four floor plans offering as many as eight room options, according to sales executive Joe Whatley. "We have received an exceptionally positive response from our Willow Springs home buyers because they appreciate the ability to adapt their home to fit their needs through various options," Whatley said. Homes range from 1,640 to 2,416 square feet, and are priced from $185,990. Standard features include a kitchen with a nook, as well as formal living and dining rooms. A recreation room, game room, hobby room, den and three-car garage are optional. Also included are covered patios, front-yard landscaping, covered front entry or courtyard (per plan), and a multimedia package that features structured wiring throughout the home. The interiors include ceramic-tile entries, light fixtures and six-panel doors with polished brass hardware. The Mimosa plan measures 1,640 square feet with three bedrooms and a great room. The owner suite features a walk-in closet and dual vanities. Measuring 1,838 square feet is the Monterey, which includes a family room and an owner suite with a walk-in closet, and a separate shower and tub. The plan can also accommodate two bedrooms and a laundry room or three bedrooms with a den option. The Mulberry plan measures 2,008 square feet, and room options are available. It features three bedrooms, a family room with a media niche, an owner suite and a two-car garage. The Magnolia measures 2,416 square feet and includes a family room with media niche. The plan consists of three bedrooms and an owner suite that includes dual vanities, a walk-in closet, and a separate tub and shower. Also featured is a three-car garage and a game room or full-bath option. Room options are also available. All homes at the neighborhood include the Engineered for Life Platinum Series-Guarantee and the EPA 5-Star energy seal of approval. The builder also backs the homes with a 10-year transferable protection plan. To visit, head west on Sahara Avenue to Town Center Drive. Go left, then turn right on Desert Primrose Lane and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
