n GVA Industrial Property Group's Art Farmanali represented Cinelease in the purchase of a 7,504-square-foot office/warehouse building at 5460 Desert Point Drive from Acorn Enterprises, represented by Jaynee Shaw of Las Vegas International Realty, for $655,000. In another transaction, Farmanali and Dean Willmore represented E.M.D. Investment in the five-year lease of a 6,000-square-foot office/warehouse building at 4005 W. Dewey Drive to Arville Body and Paint for $281,072. Willmore also represented United Parcel Service in the purchase of a 16,988-square-foot industrial lot at 740 N. Martin Luther King Blvd. from William H. Bailey Family Trust for $110,000.

Pecos Road, Suite 105, to The Thad Group for $121,764. In another transaction, Pat Marsh represented Weingarten Nostat in its three-year lease of 3,055 square feet at 4305 E. Sahara Ave., Suite 1, to Custom Design for $75,348. Marsh and Dan Doherty represented WXII/PPB Real Estate in its 63-month lease of 11,711 square feet at 3070 W. Post Road to Strategic Services Alliance for $750,752. Scott Gragson, John Kilpatrick and Robert Torres represented 2000 Inc. in its purchase of 2.5 acres at the northeast corner of Lindell Road and Capovilla Avenue from Ricardo and Diane Bertolaccini for $575,000.
