In another transaction, Farmanali and Dean Willmore represented E.M.D. Investment in the five-year lease of a 6,000-square-foot office/warehouse building at 4005 W. Dewey Drive to Arville Body and Paint for $281,072. Willmore also represented United Parcel Service in the purchase of a 16,988-square-foot industrial lot at 740 N. Martin Luther King Blvd. from William H. Bailey Family Trust for $110,000.
